Position:  South Branch (Pearland) Part-Time Member Service Representative

Job Description:

Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or disbursing funds, handling negotiables, and managing a cash drawer with a high degree of accuracy.  Provide general information regarding credit union products and services.  Screen potential members for eligibility; open, modify, and close deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes, and debit and ATM cards.  Process stop payments and assist members with disputes or fraud cases.  Must present a friendly persona. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of financial institution and 2 years of cash handling experience. Must be efficient, dependable, and present a professional appearance with a pleasant personality and good customer service. Must be a high school graduate or GED.

Location: South Branch - 3030 Cullen Pkwy Ste 111, Pearland, Texas 77584

Part-Time Hours:  12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Saturday – rotating schedule at Main Office:  9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Position:   Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Present a friendly persona while greeting members over the phone. Answer calls accurately and in a timely manner. Establish an engaging relationship with members while providing services and educational information via telephone or correspondence. Research and solve routine member questions, problems, and concerns. Ensure proper follow-up and member satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Experience in a financial institution and at least 1 year of Call Center experience are preferred. The candidate must be computer literate and a multitasker. Knowledge of credit union products and services is preferred. General phone skills and knowledge of credit/debit/ATM cards are also preferred. Hybrid Work and Technical Support experience are a plus.

Desirable Traits: The candidate must be dependable, eager to learn, and pleasant personality. The candidate must also be able to work well alone or in a team environment. This is an 8-hour position handling member services phone calls. Some days will have heavy call volumes. The candidate must be able to multi-task and work some Saturdays.

Full-Time Hours:   8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday – rotating schedule:  8:00 am – 1:00 pm
