The HTFFFCU’s online payment portal is designed to help you make loan payments using funds from your account at another financial institution via a credit or debit card. To use the portal, please register first by clicking on the button below. As soon as you are registered, you will be able to log in and make the payments.

Yes, except for mortgage loans. Payments can be applied to auto loans, unsecured loans, share/certificate secured loans, home equity loans, credit cards, etc.

This message means that your transaction was declined because of one or more of the following reasons:
- Insufficient funds on a selected payment method
- Total amount exceeds maximum transaction limit
- Invalid security code
- Invalid card number
- Invalid CVV number
- Invalid billing information (ZIP code, etc.)
- Visa Credit or Amex Credit/Debit card was used as a payment method
To avoid the error message, please verify the information provided, contact card issuer, or choose a different card.
The card transaction will be authorized in real-time. The daily cutoff time is 4:00 PM. Payments received by the cutoff time are usually applied to the loan by 5:00 PM. Payments received after the cutoff time are applied to the loan on the next business day.
No, future dated payments are not allowed.
No, recurring payments are not permitted.
The payment cannot exceed $2,500.00.
This service cannot be used for principal only payments. For principal and final payment/payoff, you must contact HTFFFCU at (713) 864-0959, opt 6 and speak with a Member Service Center Representative.
For final payoff, you must contact HTFFFCU to obtain the payoff amount. After you have receive the payoff amount you may then make the final payment using this service. Contact us at (713) 864-0959, opt 6 to speak with a Member Service Center Representative.

Yes, you can make multiple loan payments but you can only select one loan payment at a time
