Below are some helpful steps on how to get started using HTFFFCU Mobile Banking!

With HTFFFCU Mobile you can view the balances in your savings and checking accounts as well as view your loan balances. You can also see the balances of any investment accounts and credit cards that you may have.

 

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Login to your account (if you are not already logged on). You must be signed up to CU Online to utilize this feature.
3. Swipe the screen to move from account to account.

Now you can pay your bills straight from your phone with Bill Pay for HTFFFCU Mobile! Set up new payees or modify existing payees easily and conveniently.

 

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Log in to your account (if you are not already logged on). You must be signed up to CU Online to utilize this feature.
3. Click on the top left icon   to bring up the side menu.
4. Select the Move Money option.
5. On the Manage Transaction screen, select Pay bill from the Type field. Select the account you would like to pay from and which bill to pay (the options displayed will be current payees you have set up in Bill Pay).
6. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

You can use HTFFFCU Mobile to make transfers from account to account within your member number. Transfers can be used to move money from savings to checking and to pay your loans, credit cards or to pay bills via Bill Pay.

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Log in to your account (if you are not already logged on). You must be signed up to CU Online to utilize this feature.
3. Click on the top left icon  help-menu-button to bring up the side menu.
4. Select the Move Money option.
5. On the Manage Transaction screen, select Transfer, Pay loan or Pay bill from the Typefield. Select the account you would like to pay from and which account to transfer to.
6. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

You can customize the transaction history of any account and how long you stay logged on for.

 

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Log in to your account (if you are not already logged on). You must be signed up to CU Online to utilize this feature.
3. Click on the top left icon help-menu-button  to bring up the side menu.
4. Select the Settings option.
5. You can choose to customize the default transaction history and how long to stay logged on the mobile app.
6. Slide the slider options to your desired settings.

Find a branch or ATM near you by utilizing the Locations feature on the mobile app!

 

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Click on the Locations option on the log-in screen
3. This will bring up the maps feature.
4. You can choose which branch you would like directions to or more information for.

If you have forgotten your CU Online password, you will need to have it reset.

 

1. Visit our website at www.htfffcu.org.
2. Go to the Forms tab at the top of the page.
3. Download the "Request to Reset CU Online PIN" form. Complete it and fax it back to the Call Center at 713-864-4262.

If you're not registered to use CU Online, you will not be able to use some mobile app features.

1. Visit our website at www.htfffcu.org.
2. Hover over the Secure Login tab and click on Enroll
3. Download the form, complete it and send it according to the instructions on the form.
