Mobile Banking FAQs

Below are some helpful steps on how to get started using HTFFFCU Mobile Banking!

HTFFFCU Mobile is a powerful tool that brings banking to your fingertips! Accessing it couldn't be easier. The app is available on Google Play and the App Store. Just search for HTFFFCU.

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Login to your account. Note: If you are not enrolled, you can do so directly from the app. Click on Enroll at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts.
3. All the accounts that are linked to your social security number will appear on the dashboard. You can view each account by clicking on the box of the account you would like to view.

You can pay your bills straight from your phone with Bill Pay for HTFFFCU Mobile! Set up new payees or modify existing payees easily and conveniently.

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Login to your account. Note: If you are not enrolled, you can do so directly from the app. Click on Enroll at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts.
3. Click on the top left icon   to bring up the side menu.
4. Select the Bill Payment tab. You have two options: Quick Bill Pay and Full Bill Pay. Click on the option you prefer.
5. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

You can use HTFFFCU Mobile to make transfers from account to account within your member number or to make member to member transfers. Transfers can be used to move money from savings to checking and to pay your loans, credit cards or to pay bills via Bill Pay.

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Login to your account. Note: If you are not enrolled, you can do so directly from the app. Click on Enroll at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts.
3. Click on the top left icon  help-menu-button to bring up the side menu.
4. Select the Transfers tab.
5. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

Find a branch or ATM near you by utilizing the Locations feature on the mobile app!

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Click on the Branches option on the log-in screen
3. This will bring up the maps feature.
4. You can choose which branch you would like directions to or more information for.

If you have forgotten your online banking password, you will need to have it reset.

1. Click on the HTFFFCU Mobile app icon on your smartphone.
2. Click on “Forgot your Password?”
3. Enter your login ID and click the Submit button.
4. Choose the contact method that allows HTFFFCU to reach you immediately
with a 6-digit Secure Access Code (SAC).
5. Enter the SAC and click the Submit button.
6. Create a new password based on our password requirements and click the
Submit button when you are finished.
