Brian McLeroy III
Brian McLeroy III has served on the Board of HTFFFCU for over 20 years. He retired from the Houston Fire Department after 40 years of service.
When asked what motivated him as a volunteer, he stated, “I enjoying giving back and being a part of the Credit Union Family.”
Roger Campbell [Deceased 05/03/2019]
Roger Campbell served the Board bettween 2004 and 2019. He retired from the Houston Fire Department after 36 years of service.
He was proud to have the opportunity to serve the community, firefighters and their family.
"It has been an honor to represent you, the Members of the Credit Union, and with your continue support, I will continue to help the Credit Union add quality services and interest rates while maintaining the customer service we are accustomed."
Roger currently was a member of Rodeo Houston since 1983 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2000.
Jerry E. Walker
Jerry E. Walker has been on the Board for over 36 years. He retired from the Houston Fire Department with 40 years of service.
When asked what motivated him as a volunteer, he stated, "To help provide the members with the best services and products possible."
G.W. "Skip" North has served on the Board of HTFFFCU for over 34 years. He retired from the Houston Fire Department after 42 years of service.
When asked what motivated him as a volunteer, he stated, "I have been a member of the Houston Fire Fighters Federal Credit Union since 1967. I wanted to see the organization grow and provide the financial services its members needed to succeed."
Phil Cemino is the newest elected Director on the Board of HTFFFCU. He retired as District Chief of the Houston Fire Department after 40 years of service with a degree in Fire Protection Technology.
Phil has been a member of the credit union for over 45 years.
Janice Bruce joined the Supervisory Committee in 2013. She retired in 2010 after over 25 years in the banking/credit union industry, including 16 years at Houston Texas Fire Fighters FCU.
Volunteering allows her to continue to utilize her knowledge and experience and contribute toward the success and future direction of HTFFFCU. In addition, she can continue to maintain the relationships she has made with staff, management and Board members.
"It has been an honor and privilege to serve as a volunteer with HTFFFCU's Board of Directors. It is a commitment that I take very seriously and enjoy very much."
Rick Flanagan has served on the Board of HTFFFCU for over 8 years. He retired from the Houston Fire Department after 34 years of service. During his years of service within the fire department, he has held a variety of positions and enjoyed serving the citizens of Houston.
When asked what motivated him as a volunteer, he stated, “As a Board Member of the Credit Union, I’ve been excited to have played a small role in the success of this outstanding organization, and the value that it offers to you, the members and your family.”
Bruce Koger served on the Supervisory Committee for over 10 years. He retired as Chief Arson Investigator from the Houston Fire Department after 24 years of service.
He has held a Private Investigators License since 1995 and hopes that his background as an investigator is an asset to our organization.
David Lantrip has been a member of the Board since 2009. He is a retired captain and EMS Supervisor from the Houston Fire Department, serving for 40 years and owner of Pestaway Exterminating Company.
David currently serves on various boards including the National Council of Firefighters Credit Unions, Houston Retired Firefighters Association and is board president for the "Relationship for Christ" Ministries, Project Samuel, where they have two orphanages in Africa and Nicaragua. He is actively involved in his church and community and his hobbies include hunting, fishing and traveling.
When asked what motivated him as a volunteer, he stated, "To be of service to our members and help see that the HTFFFCU is the best it can be in providing the services our members expect and deserve!"
