Consumer Loan Late Payment Fees: If any payment is past due for a period of more than twenty (20) days you will be charged a late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25).
Real Estate Loan Late Payment Fees: If any payment is past due for a period of time more than fifteen (15) days you will be charged a late fee of five percent (5%) of the monthly principal and interest payment.
Credit Card Late Charge: $25.00 flat fee
Credit Card Returned Payment: $28.00
