Wherever you find a touch-tone telephone you’ll find your credit union. With PATT you can use the phone in your home, office or anywhere in the continental United States to quickly and conveniently access your HTFFFCU account.
We have recently added some new enhancements to PATT that will make doing your business from your phone even easier.
The Main Menu codes have changed and they are as follows: (note: you may select any option at any time.)

Once you have entered one of the options from the Main Menu, PATT will walk you through the options available for that selection. Please note: a share is considered anything that is not a loan (i.e. Savings, Checking, Money Management, etc.)
New Options for PATT Under the Balance Information Menu you will now have the Open Share List and Open Loan List options. These will allow PATT to tell you all of the balances in your account one by one or you can use the # key to return to the previous menu and select Account Balance to hear a particular balance. This option is also available under the Loan Menu to Open Loan Balance List.
