Have you ever wondered why there is sometimes a difference between your balance and available balance on your checking account in CU Online? The hold on your account is for transactions that are waiting to clear. You can now see which transactions are being held.

On the balances page of your account on CU Online, there is a box above the deposit summary that will tell you the number of pending transactions.

Click on the number of transactions and you will be able to view the entry date, effective date, amount and description of the transaction.
