The season for gift-giving is finally here and you’ll now have more money to spend on those gifts by not worrying about paying your loan and credit card payments.

Skip-A-Payment is a program offered by your Credit Union that allows you to skip payments on all of your current HTFFFCU accounts and loans, excluding Real Estate Loans, Education Loans and Line’s of Credit, during the month of December. If your accounts and loans are in good standing, your December payment will automatically be deferred, which will extend the original term of your loan and will increase the total interest paid. Credit Card payments will skip—if the account is current—in November.

If you wish to participate in this feature, you must return the Skip-A-Payment "Opt In" Form to the credit union no later than October 15, 2009.
