The US Senate and House overwhelmingly passed sweeping legislation on Credit Card Reform. The new rules will go into effect in early 2010 and will have little impact on the Credit Union's current credit card program. Management will review the legislation carefully and work with our credit card service provider to ensure we comply with all federal requirements.
