Important Notice to Credit, ATM and Debit Card Holders

For security reasons, effective August 1, HTFFFCU will close any card that is not activated within 30 days of receipt.

In addition, any issued card that has no activity for a period of 6 months will also be closed.

These precautions are being implemented in order to prevent possible fraudulent activity and identity theft.

Any request to reopen a closed card must be made in writing, be signed by the cardholder and match to the credit union's records. Requests made through Secure Messaging will also be accepted.
