MasterCard Reissue Notice

Members with MasterCards expiring at the end of October will or have received a letter concerning their replacement cards. Due to Hurricane Ike, we encountered unforeseen delays in the delivery of our custom Fire Fighter card stock. To prevent any inconvenience to our members, we have chosen to use a generic card stock rather than wait on the custom cards.

If a custom card is preferred after receiving the generic one, contact our Card Services department at 713-864-0959 (option 1) and request a new card to be sent. Please allow us 4-6 weeks to receive a new shipment of custom cards.
