With CU Online you can view the balances in your savings and checking accounts as well as view your loan balances. You can also see the balances of any investment accounts and credit cards that you may have.

Account balance vs. Available Balance
You may notice on your Deposit Summary the terms Account Balance and Available Balance, but what is the difference between these two ?

Account Balance: When you receive an ACH deposit or perform transactions on your Debit or ATM Card it may take a few days for the transaction to clear your account. During this period, your account balance has not been changed because the transaction has not cleared your account. It is important to remember that these funds are not available for spending.

Available Balance: This is the total amount of money in your account that is available and includes most of your pending transactions.

To view your pending transactions click on the "Pending Transaction" option located above the Deposit Summary box. Not all pending transactions will be available for you to view on CU Online. Please continue to track your transactions (using your Check Register) and review monthly statements for your account.
