| You can use CU Online to make transfers from account to account within your member number. Transfers can be used to move money from savings to checking and to pay your loans or credit cards. You can also schedule transfers to be completed on a future date.
How do I do a transfer? 1. Log onto CU Online 2. Select the "Accounts" Tab 3. Select "Transfer" 4. Enter the "From Account" and the "To Account" 5. Enter Amount to be transferred 6. Select "Submit" 7. Select "Confirm"
How do I set up Scheduled Transfers? 1. Log onto CU Online 2. Select the "Accounts" Tab 3. Select "Scheduled Transfers" 4. Under Scheduled Transfer Summary, click on "Add New Scheduled Transfer" 5. Using drop down box, choose From Account for the transfer 6. Using drop down box, choose To Account for the transfer 7. Enter amount for scheduled transfer 8. Set the frequency for the scheduled transfer: one time, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly (on the same day of the month as the starting day), twice monthly, quarterly, monthly (last day of the month), every four weeks. 9. Enter the number of transfers that you would like to schedule or click the "Never Expire" box 10. If you would like to receive an email alert when the transfer is made, enter a valid email address 11. Choose "Yes" or "No" to have the email sent whether or not the transfer is success or not 12. "Next" 13. "Confirm Transfer"
Pending and History of Scheduled Transfer You can view scheduled transfer that are pending and also look at the history of any scheduled transfers that have cleared your account.
