| Sign up now and pay your bills through your CU Online account. This convenient home banking service is free of charge and you can pay an unlimited number of bills. This service is available for paying all non HTFFFCU loans.
How do I sign up? 1. Log onto CU Online 2. Select "Bill Pay" on Menu Bar 3. Select "Summary" 4. Click on the word "here" in the sentence "Start here to register for Bill Payment Service." 5. Read the agreement thoroughly and click on the "I Agree" tab. If you click "I Disagree," you will be returned to the previous screen and will not be able to sign up for this service. 6. Complete the Account Registration Form 7. Select "Submit"
After completing the Account registration form, you will receive confirmation that the form has been submitted. You are not authorized to use Bill Pay at this time. You must be approved to use Bill Pay.
When Can I Use My Bill Pay Account? In 3-5 business days, you will receive an email stating whether or not you have been approved for Bill Pay. You can use your Bill Pay services at that time.
Where Can I Find Help For Using Bill Pay? Once you are logged in to your CU Online account, select the "Bill Pay" drop down box, then choose the "Help" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the Help page and select "Help Index." From this page, you can choose the category that you need assistance in.
