Social Media Administrator
Location: Main Office - 4200 Kolb St.
Brief Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant, create social media campaigns including content. Ensure responses to member posts and questions. Assist in the credit union’s marketing campaigns and promotions.
Minimum Requirements: Proficient in the use of social media platforms and PC skills. Understanding of all Microsoft Office products, website maintenance, and photo editing programs. College degree preferred.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Call Center Representative
Location: Main Office - 4200 Kolb St.
Brief Job Description: Provide excellent phone customer service to our members. The duties include, but are not limited to, providing accurate information on credit union products and services, performing transactions as requested by its members and within established policies and procedures, researching and resolving routine member questions/problems/concerns.
Minimum Requirements: Candidate must have 1 year phone customer service or call center experience. Prior credit union or bank experience preferred. Must be efficient, dependable, and present a professional appearance with a pleasant personality. Ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work well with people and present a helpful and eager disposition. This is an 8 hour position handling member services phone calls. Some days will have heavy call volumes. Must be able to multi-task and work some Saturdays.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm; Saturday – rotating schedule: 8:00am – 1:00pm
