Card Services Representative
Location: Main Office - 4200 Kolb St
Brief Job Description: Review daily debit/credit card reports from Processor. Processing disputes and fraud cases through debit/credit card processor, research and resolve member inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1 year office experience. Must be efficient, dependable, and present a professional appearance with a pleasant personality. Ability to work with people and present a helpful and eager disposition. High school graduate or GED.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Call Center Representative
Location: Main Office - 4200 Kolb St
Brief Job Description: Provide information and excellent phone customer service to the credit union members. The duties include, but are not limited to, providing accurate information on credit union products and services, performing transactions as requested by its members and within established policies and procedures, researching and resolving routine member questions/problems/concerns.
Minimum Requirements: Candidate must have 1 year phone customer service or call center experience. Prior credit union or bank experience preferred. Must be efficient, dependable, and present a professional appearance with a pleasant personality. Ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work well with people and present a helpful and eager disposition. This is an 8 hour position handling member services phone calls. Some days will have heavy call volumes. Must be able to multi-task and work some Saturdays.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm; Saturday – rotating schedule 8:00 am – 1:00pm

Marketing Assistant
Location: Main Office - 4200 Kolb St.
Brief Job Description: Assists AVP Marketing with planning, coordinating, and executing credit union marketing campaigns and charitable fundraisers. Requires a high level of organizational skills.
Minimum Requirements: Ability to handle multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, and deadline oriented; excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge in Adobe Software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experienced in a financial institution preferred. High school graduate or GED equivalent. BA in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Houston Texas Fire Fighters Federal Credit Union, as part of the procedure for processing an employment application, will include pre-employment assessment testing, a background information check and a consumer report containing financial information.
