Part Time Teller
Location: South Branch - 3030 Cullen Pkwy. #111, Pearland, TX
Brief Job Description: Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or disbursing funds with a high degree of accuracy. Must present a friendly persona. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1 year teller experience or 2 years cash handling experience. Processing transactions such as deposits, payments, handling negotiable items such as traveler’s cheques and money orders, and managing a cash drawer. Some Saturday's required.
Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm; Saturday – rotating schedule 8:00 am – 1:00pm

Call Center Representative
Location: Main Office - 4200 Kolb St
Brief Job Description: Provide information and excellent phone customer service to the credit union members. The duties include, but are not limited to, providing accurate information on credit union products and services, performing transactions as requested by its members and within established policies and procedures, researching and resolving routine member questions/problems/concerns.
Minimum Requirements: Candidate must have 1 year phone customer service or call center experience. Prior credit union or bank experience preferred. Must be efficient, dependable, and present a professional appearance with a pleasant personality. Ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work well with people and present a helpful and eager disposition. This is an 8 hour position handling member services phone calls. Some days will have heavy call volumes. Must be able to multi-task and work some Saturdays.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm; Saturday – rotating schedule 8:00 am – 1:00pm
